Biogas cover is an integrated gas storage solution from Qingdao Haiyue. It mounts on the anaerobic tank, serving as both roof and gas storage.
How it works？
The biogas cover uses a double‑membrane structure:
Outer membrane: High‑strength PVC‑coated polyester fabric, UV‑resistant, weatherproof, anti‑mould, flame‑retardant (B1).
Inner membrane: Directly contacts biogas, moving up and down with gas volume.
Support system: Stainless steel centre column and radial PES belts on stainless steel rails, secured every 30 cm. A blower maintains constant pressure (500–2000 Pa) between membranes – outer membrane stays hemispherical, inner membrane expands and contracts freely.
